The Three-Body Problem is a full-length science fiction novel written by Chinese author Liu Cixin. The story explores the exchange of information between human civilization on Earth and the Three-Body civilization, as well as the life-and-death struggle between the two civilizations during the rise and fall of the universe. In 2015, the novel won the 73rd Hugo Award for Best Novel.
