Wattpad

Wattpad appears in the book’s closing material as both a place where Anna Todd maintains an author presence and a community she associates with her readers and the growth of the After books. The acknowledgments describe it as a home she can return to, while the author information directs readers to her Wattpad account and to Wattpad.com/After.

Readers and the After Series

In the acknowledgments, Todd thanks readers for staying with her through the books and characterizes their support as a source of closeness and community. She says that what began as a whim became a four-book series, framing that growth alongside her gratitude to readers. The passage links Wattpad to this relationship between author, audience, and series, but does not specify how readers’ responses shaped particular story decisions.

A Returning Home

Todd thanks everyone at Wattpad for giving her a home to come back to. The phrasing presents the platform not merely as a point of contact but as a continuing place of belonging in her account of the books’ reception and her writing life. The acknowledgments do not provide further detail about the platform’s role in the series’ production or publication, so its significance here rests on Todd’s description of that connection.

Author Presence and Access

The author biography lists Wattpad among the places where readers can find Todd, identifying her account as Imaginator1D. The book also gives Wattpad.com/After, a direct destination associated with the series. Together, these references establish a practical link between Todd’s author identity, the After title, and Wattpad, complementing the personal thanks in the acknowledgments with specific ways for readers to find her work and account.
