Threewells’ Empty Homes

Threewells’ Empty Homes
Material Traces
Cradles, libraries, blacksmith tools, pantries, and furniture remain after the inhabitants vanish. Broccoli reads the arrangement of objects as evidence of ordinary lives interrupted.
History without Bodies
The absence of corpses makes the town more mysterious. Its emptiness becomes a form of testimony, showing that disappearance can be documented through rooms as much as through written records.
The Well Inn Good

The Well Inn Good
A Place of Hospitality
The ruined inn offers rooms, a bar, kitchens, cellars, and the ghost of a former guest. Broccoli imagines the adventurers who once gathered there.
Hospitality after Death
Cleaning the inn restores a sense of welcome without restoring its population. The place becomes a bridge between the town’s vanished past and Broccoli’s future as an explorer.
Dunwich’s Broken Site

Dunwich’s Broken Site
Ruins of a Dungeon
Dunwich contains bunkhouses, offices, a clinic, a tower, and an entrance scorched by the destruction of the Dunwich Dungeon. The site appears abandoned but not safe.
Corruption after Collapse
The negative mana and abominations show that destroying a dungeon does not necessarily heal a region. Ruins can remain active, hostile, and ecologically distorted long after their core is gone.
Fort Frogger’s Occupant

Fort Frogger’s Occupant
A Military Ruin
Fort Frogger was built for a war that never arrived and later occupied by Gunther. Its military architecture has been repurposed as a domestic space.
History Reclaimed
Gunther’s residence complicates the meaning of abandoned forts. A structure designed for conflict can become a home, a gallery, a kennel, and a site of hospitality.

Mapping What Does Not Yet Exist
Midhve’s compendium describes dungeons as changing historical sites rather than fixed attractions. Their rooms, traps, monsters, and rewards evolve over time.
The Explorer’s Responsibility
Broccoli’s future work will involve recording places that may change after she leaves. Exploration therefore preserves knowledge temporarily, knowing that every map is already becoming outdated.
