The Old Craftsmen Scattered Lives Bram has died peacefully, Rowena has died in an adventuring incident, Eshara roams as a Titled hero, Ulden remains in a dwarven enclave, Laelith is missing, and other craftsmen have built independent lives. A Legacy Without a Center Vanguard’s collapse did not erase its members’ talents, but it removed the institution that connected them. Each survivor adapted according to personality and circumstance. A Difficult Reunion Vivisari wants to invite them back without uprooting their lives. Restoration therefore becomes an act of consent, not reclamation by an old leader.

A Guild of New Allies Opening the Door Vivisari invites Jasper to join Vanguard because he protected Saffra and the Convoy. The offer surprises him, since Vanguard once admitted only the Party of Heroes. Old and New Together Miraelle returns as both alchemist and adventurer, while Jasper’s membership would bring an active field team into the guild. Their inclusion breaks the boundary between legendary history and contemporary service. A Living Future The proposed guild will not recreate the old party. It will combine surviving craftsmen, new adventurers, and Vivisari’s resources into an institution suited to threats that the original heroes never imagined.
