Disappearance

Celeste Is Taken A sudden attack Celeste hears a noise in an alley and is knocked unconscious from behind. She awakens tied up in a basement, unable to understand who has taken her. Her disappearance interrupts the fragile effort to restore trust with Callum. A widening search Damien and Callum cannot reach her by phone. Gabriel is present at the hideout, but the danger is controlled by Samara.

Samara’s Bargaining Chip

Captive in the Basement A stated purpose Samara explains that Celeste is being held because of Callum and because she is a valuable route to greater power. She tortures Celeste and leaves her weak. The captive becomes leverage in a conspiracy aimed at the royal family, not a prisoner taken for personal revenge alone. Resistance Celeste refuses Samara’s food and demands answers. Her defiance cannot free her immediately, but it prevents the witch from controlling her interpretation of events.

Gabriel’s Failed Rescue

Help Under Threat A brief escape attempt Gabriel gives Celeste food and tries to lead her out of the basement. Samara catches them, weakens them with a spell, and forces Celeste back into confinement. Her threat against Gabriel shows that even her own son is subject to coercion. Hope renewed Gabriel’s attempt gives Celeste reason to believe that not everyone in Samara’s household supports the kidnapping. He later provides the rescuers with the information they need.

Escape and Recapture

Freedom Becomes Another Trap A moment outside Samara unexpectedly releases Celeste, who takes a mobile phone and runs through the woods. She calls Damien and tries to give him her location. Vlad appears and threatens to kill her, acting under Samara’s command. The abduction continues A purple blast interrupts the attack, but Celeste collapses. Samara finds her and takes her away again, extending the captivity rather than ending it.

Rescue by Allies

Celeste Returns The hut located Gabriel tells Callum and Damien that Samara is holding Celeste. He leads them to the hut, where Damien finds her weak and carries her out. Callum strokes her forehead and orders that she be taken to the hospital, shifting from anger to urgent care. A wider confrontation Her rescue does not defeat Samara, but it reunites Celeste with allies and makes the conspiracy impossible to treat as rumor. The group can now act together.
