Tucker Pierce and Feit's final fight inside the dome

Strike

Tucker Pierce and Feit's final fight inside the dome turns their opposition into a direct contest over whether the invasion can be stopped. Feit intends to deactivate the bomb and open the dome doors for the invading super-fighters; Tucker tackles him before he can enter the codes. The struggle ends with Tucker firing a Pulser twice and Feit falling into the Bridge, though the scene does not establish what happens to Feit afterward.

Recognition and Opposing Aims

Feit recognizes Tucker after learning that the group has brought SYLO into the conflict. His response is unexpectedly approving: he calls their achievement incredible and says the situation behind them is a mess. The praise does not signal a change of allegiance. Feit still regards SYLO and the Sounders as resistance to be eliminated, and sees Tucker's success as one more obstacle in a day he believes will nevertheless end in victory.

That confidence rests on a specific plan. With less than ten minutes remaining, Feit believes he has time to enter the bomb's deactivation codes and proceed with the next phase: opening the dome doors so enormous, piloted super-fighters can pass through the Bridge. He expects their arrival to break the resistance and secure the invasion and occupation. Tucker and Feit therefore meet at the bomb with opposed immediate objectives: Feit means to preserve the invasion, while Tucker must prevent him from stopping the countdown.

The Fight at the Bomb

Tucker catches Feit by surprise as he turns back toward the bomb, tackles him, and knocks him away from it. The advantage is brief. Feit recovers and tries to bring his Pulser around for a point-blank shot; Tucker grabs the weapon, and the two wrestle for control. Their struggle unfolds alongside Tori Sleeper's effort to help Kent Berringer lift Olivia Kinsey and get her through before the dome closes, leaving Tucker to hold Feit back while the others try to escape.

A shock wave throws Tucker off balance. Feit uses his greater weight to wrench the Pulser from Tucker's grasp, but Tucker lunges after it before Feit can aim. Feit strikes Tucker in the temple with his elbow, knocking him backward and leaving him struggling to stay conscious. The reversal puts Feit in control of the weapon and brings the confrontation close to its lethal end.

Reversal and Consequence

Tucker manages to fire the Pulser. The first energy pulse hits Feit and knocks him backward without bringing him down; Tucker fires again, and the second pulse knocks Feit off his feet and sends him disappearing into the Bridge. The result reverses Feit's confident expectation that he will deactivate the bomb and open the dome to the super-fighters. It removes him from the immediate fight, but the episode does not confirm his death or describe his fate beyond his fall into the Bridge.

The fight also gives personal form to the larger conflict. Feit sees the destruction of the resistance as the step that will complete the invasion; Tucker's intervention keeps him from carrying out that plan at the bomb. Earlier, President Richard E. Neff affirms that Tucker's group has earned its chance to act, and Captain Granger agrees. In the dome, that endorsement becomes action: Tucker accepts the danger of confronting Feit directly, while Tori, Kent, and Olivia move toward safety. Their sharply different choices expose the stakes of Tucker and Feit's relationship—not reconciliation, but a final collision between the invasion Feit serves and the resistance Tucker has helped bring into the fight.
