Atropos Attacks Rosalie

Ralph and Lois witness Atropos, a rogue little bald doctor, tormenting a stray dog named Rosalie. Atropos cuts Rosalie's balloon-string, a life cord, causing her to nearly die. Ralph and Lois use their newfound powers to drive Atropos away. This confirms that Atropos is a malevolent entity who kills for pleasure.
