Ralph and Lois Meet Clotho and Lachesis

Ralph and Lois visit Derry Home Hospital to see Jimmy Vandermeer. They find Clotho and Lachesis, two little bald doctors, in his room. The doctors explain they are agents of the Purpose, responsible for natural deaths. They reveal that Atropos is a rogue agent of the Random who has cut Ed Deepneau's life cord, setting in motion a catastrophic event.
