Ed Crashes Plane into Civic Center

Ralph teleports into Ed Deepneau's plane as it approaches the Civic Center. He fights Ed, tearing the wires to the bomb and grabbing a photo of Helen and Natalie. Ed crashes the plane into the parking lot, killing himself but sparing the building. The explosion causes panic but fewer casualties than intended.
