Ralph visits the Rite Aid Pharmacy to buy sleeping aids. He meets pharmacist Joe Wyzer, who explains that over-the-counter sleep aids won't work for his type of insomnia. Wyzer recommends an acupuncturist, James Roy Hong, and a hypnotist, Anthony Forbes. Ralph begins to experience hyper-reality, seeing auras around people and objects.
