Allie's Departure

Allie emerges from the house with her belongings and hands Noah a drawing she made of him and the house. He thanks her, calling her an artist. They walk to her car, and Noah embraces her. He kisses her and tells her he loves her. She says she loves him too. He opens her car door, and she gets in. He mouths 'Stay with me' without sound, but she cannot. She puts the car in gear and drives away. Noah watches until her car disappears, feeling dizzy. He knows she is gone for ever this time.
