The Decision to Go

The Decision to Go The Warning of the Dead Aragorn learns that the Paths of the Dead are the only way to reach the South in time. He is warned by Éowyn but persists. The Grey Company He is joined by Legolas, Gimli, and the Dúnedain from the North. They enter the Dark Door under the mountain. The Fear of the Dead In the darkness, they are followed by the Dead. Gimli is terrified, but Legolas is unafraid. Aragorn commands them to follow him to Erech.

The Liberation of Pelargir With the Dead, Aragorn attacks the Corsair ships at Pelargir, terrifying the enemy. The Dead are released after the victory.

The Voyage Up the Anduin The Fleet's Journey Aragorn takes command of the captured ships and sails up the Anduin to the Harlond. The wind is favorable, and they arrive just in time for the battle. The Unfurling of the Standard As they approach, Aragorn unfurls the standard of the King, causing hope among the defenders and fear among the enemy. The Landing at the Harlond Aragorn's forces land at the Harlond and join the battle. The arrival of the King turns the tide.
