Hagrid's Arrest and Dumbledore's Suspension

After Hermione and Penelope Clearwater are Petrified, the Ministry of Magic, led by Cornelius Fudge, arrives at Hogwarts to arrest Hagrid, believing him to be the culprit behind the attacks. Lucius Malfoy also appears and presents an Order of Suspension signed by the school governors, forcing Dumbledore to step down as headmaster. Hagrid is taken away to Azkaban, but before he leaves, he cryptically tells Harry and Ron to 'follow the spiders' to find the truth. Dumbledore's departure leaves the school in a state of fear and chaos, with Professor McGonagall temporarily in charge. Harry and Ron are now on their own to solve the mystery and save the school.
