Shopping in Diagon Alley

The Weasleys and Harry travel to Diagon Alley via Floo powder to buy school supplies. Harry gets separated and accidentally ends up in Knockturn Alley, a dark and dangerous street filled with shops selling Dark Arts objects. He hides in Borgin and Burkes and overhears Lucius Malfoy selling suspicious items to the shopkeeper. Hagrid rescues Harry and brings him back to Diagon Alley, where he reunites with the Weasleys and meets Hermione Granger and her parents. The group visits Gringotts Wizarding Bank, where Harry sees the Weasleys' meager vault and feels guilty about his own fortune. The day culminates at Flourish and Blotts, where Gilderoy Lockhart makes a grand entrance, announces his new teaching post, and forces a photo with Harry, much to Harry's embarrassment.
