Flight of the Prince

Harry chases Snape and Malfoy through the castle and into the grounds. He confronts Snape, who reveals he is the Half-Blood Prince. Snape mocks Harry and his father, and a duel ensues. Snape easily deflects Harry's spells and, after a brief struggle, Disapparates just beyond the school boundaries. Harry is left devastated and furious. He returns to find Dumbledore's body at the foot of the Astronomy Tower. He also discovers that the locket they retrieved is a fake, containing a note from someone named R.A.B., who claims to have stolen the real Horcrux. The night ends in tragedy and confusion.
