Retrieving Lolita from Camp Q

Humbert, now a widower, drives to Camp Q to pick up Lolita. He tells her that her mother is seriously ill in a hospital. Lolita, tanned and seemingly carefree, is eager to leave. On the drive, she is flirtatious and forward, kissing him and calling him a lover. Humbert is both thrilled and anxious, realizing she is more experienced than he thought. He plans to take her to a secluded hotel, The Enchanted Hunters, where he intends to seduce her.
