Gaëtan finds Isabelle

Gaëtan, who has survived the war, finds Isabelle at Le Jardin. Despite her frail and changed appearance, he declares his love for her. They are reunited, and Isabelle finally feels a sense of hope and peace. She dies the next day in his arms, from the complications of her ordeal.
