Psychological torture of Don Grace

School psychologist Don Grace contacts Room 16 via intercom. Charlie subjects him to a rapid-fire series of humiliating and personal questions, including about his military service, his wife, and his religious knowledge. Grace becomes increasingly flustered and eventually breaks down sobbing when Charlie tricks him into asking a question, then pretends to have shot someone. Charlie feels triumphant.
