Telemachus Confronts the Suitors

Telemachus calls an assembly of Ithacans and denounces the suitors for consuming his estate. Antinous blames Penelope's weaving trick. Zeus sends an omen of eagles, interpreted by Halitherses as a sign of Odysseus's return. The assembly ends in discord, and Telemachus prepares for his voyage.
