The night of the Harkonnen attack
Yueh's Betrayal
Dr. Yueh, the Atreides physician, betrays Duke Leto by drugging him and delivering him to the Harkonnens. Yueh reveals that he was forced to do this to save his wife, Wanna, and that he has planted a poison capsule tooth in the Duke's mouth as a final act of revenge. The Duke is captured, and the Harkonnen forces, including Sardaukar, attack the Atreides stronghold. This event marks the fall of House Atreides.
