Admiral Ávila's Preparation

Navy Admiral Luis Ávila, a former Spanish naval officer traumatized by the terrorist bombing of the Cathedral of Seville that killed his family, prepares for his mission. He is in Bilbao, having been recruited by a mysterious figure known as the Regent to assassinate Edmond Kirsch. Ávila carries a ceramic pistol and a rosary made of strong fiber, which he will use to block an exit. He is motivated by a belief that Kirsch is responsible for the death of his family and that his actions are sanctioned by a higher authority.
