Encounter with the Gypsy dream interpreter

In Tarifa, Santiago visits an old Gypsy woman who interprets dreams. She tells him that his dream is in the language of the world and that he must go to the Pyramids in Egypt to find a treasure. She asks for one-tenth of the treasure as payment. Santiago is initially disappointed and skeptical, but the encounter plants the seed of his journey.
