The funeral

At Willy's funeral, only his family and Charley and Bernard are present. Linda is bewildered that no one else came, despite Willy's belief that he was well-liked. Charley speaks the eulogy, saying that a salesman has to dream, and that Willy's dream was part of the territory. Biff says that Willy had the wrong dreams and never knew who he was. Happy vows to stay in the city and win the battle for his father. Linda, alone at the grave, says she has made the last payment on the house and that they are 'free and clear.'
