Kino and Juana Reach the Mountain Spring

Exhausted, Kino and Juana reach a small spring in a mountain cleft. They drink and rest. Kino sees the trackers far below, approaching. He finds a shallow cave on a rock shoulder above the spring and helps Juana and Coyotito into it. He then climbs up the cliff, creating a false trail, before joining them in the cave. He tells Juana to keep Coyotito quiet.
