The Battle with the Hammer-Heads

The travelers reach a steep hill covered with rocks. The Hammer-Heads, armless creatures with flat heads on long necks, shoot their heads out to knock anyone who tries to climb. The Scarecrow and Lion are both thrown back. Dorothy uses the Golden Cap for the third and last time to summon the Winged Monkeys, who carry the entire party over the hill and set them down in the Quadling Country. This event uses the final wish of the Cap and clears the last physical obstacle.
