The Death of Saruman

After the Battle of Bywater, Saruman is confronted by Frodo and the hobbits. Frodo spares his life, but Saruman, in a fit of rage, is stabbed by Wormtongue. Saruman dies, and his spirit dissipates. Wormtongue is killed by hobbit arrows, ending the threat to the Shire.
