Declaration of Independence Nessarose leads Munchkinland to secede from Oz, declaring the Free State of Munchkinland. The Wizard's army is unable to immediately respond due to other conflicts. Tyranny at Home Nessarose becomes a dictator herself, imposing strict unionist laws and persecuting Animals. Her rule alienates many Munchkinlanders.
