The Concert and the Spare-Room Bed

Diana invites Anne to stay overnight and attend a concert at the Debating Club. Marilla initially refuses but, after Matthew's intervention, relents. The girls have a wonderful time at the concert. Returning home, they playfully race to the spare-room bed, only to discover they have jumped on top of Diana's visiting Aunt Josephine, who is sleeping there. This causes a new crisis.
