The Final Battle with It

The Losers enter It's lair and confront the Spider, the physical manifestation of the entity. Bill engages in the Ritual of Chüd, a mental battle where he is thrown into the macroverse. He encounters the Turtle, which tells him he must help himself. Richie joins the battle, and Eddie sacrifices himself by shooting his aspirator into the Spider's mouth, causing it to bite off his arm. Eddie dies, but his sacrifice allows Bill to crush the Spider's heart. The entity dies, and the web begins to collapse. Bill rescues Audra, who is catatonic, and the group escapes as the sewers flood.
