The Reunion at Jade of the Orient

The six surviving members of the Losers' Club—Bill, Beverly, Ben, Richie, Eddie, and Mike—meet for a reunion lunch at the Jade of the Orient restaurant outside Derry. Mike tells them that Stanley Uris has committed suicide and that the murders have started again, with nine children killed so far. He shows them a police photograph of George Denbrough's school picture, which was found at a crime scene. The group votes to stay and fight, forming a circle and holding hands. The reunion ends with a horrifying incident: the fortune cookies contain blood, a human eye, teeth, and a giant fly, confirming that It is aware of their return.
