The Twins are Born

Cathy gives birth to twin sons, Caleb and Aron. The birth is unnaturally quick and easy. Samuel Hamilton, who delivers the babies, is bitten by Cathy when he tries to help her. Cathy shows no interest in her sons and refuses to see them. She demands the room be kept dark. Samuel is deeply disturbed by her behavior and sends for his wife, Liza, to help care for the newborns.
