Yossarian and the Moaning Epidemic

During a briefing for the Avignon mission, Yossarian begins moaning in despair at the sight of General Dreedle's nurse. The moaning spreads through the room, creating a chaotic rebellion that is only quelled by General Dreedle's intervention. The epidemic is a spontaneous, collective act of protest against the fear and absurdity of the mission.
