Yossarian and the Scheming Ten-Year-Old Pimp

In Sicily, a ten-year-old pimp arranges for Yossarian and Orr to spend the night with two prostitutes. The pimp is a precocious and amoral figure, a child who has been corrupted by the war economy. He later exposes one of the women as having a shaved head, a punishment for sleeping with Germans.
